RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

(1).For bulk order we recommended you to first purchase a sample This would give the exact idea of the card as the rest of the cards would be the prototype of the same.

(2). What you see in the website is JPG images which might differ slighly in color due to compression for display of card on the website and the color variation also depends upons each surfers color and monitor temperature, gama and other monitor settings. Therefore we advise you to first buy samples from us for your perusal and decision.

(3). Normally we do not entertain any returns/refunds on grounds of your not liking the design and/or product, paper, color variation from the online samples. In such circumstances only exchange requests can be processed only in case of gross variation from sample. Such requests are entertained as per our company policy and decision and on additional applicable cost.

(4). Printed cards are non returnable. Only blank cards can be returned only on grounds of gross variation from sample card. Only unused packs of blank invitation supplies may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving the material. Shipping cost incurred in sending the cards to you are non-refundable. All items must be returned in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and these must be packed together in a secure, tamper-proof box. We do not accept partial or used packs of supplies or items returned in envelopes.
